These terms govern use of the 4LLs company website. Product purchases and custom software engagements may include additional terms shown at checkout or in a written agreement.

Services

4LLs builds and operates software products and provides software engineering services. Product features, prices, delivery details, and refund terms are presented before purchase. Custom work is governed by its agreed scope.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse our website or services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in violation of law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

4LLs and its licensors retain rights in their software, branding, and content. A purchase does not transfer ownership except where a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Availability and liability

We work to provide reliable services, but services may occasionally be unavailable or changed. To the extent permitted by law, 4LLs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
